A. Proper Use Required – You are solely responsible for correctly installing, using, and supervising children while using the product, in accordance with all instructions and guidelines provided by Strap n Go™.

B. Assumption of Risk – You accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the use of the product, including but not limited to falls, injury, or damage to property.

C. Release of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strap n Go™, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, harm, damage, or expense of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising out of or relating to the possession, installation, or use of the product, even if such loss or injury is claimed to result from negligence.

D. Indemnification – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strap n Go™, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or legal action (including legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising from:

Your use or misuse of the product,

Any injury, incident, or damage caused during use, or

This clause survives delivery of the product and continues to apply regardless of any subsequent resale or transfer of the product to another person.

15. Safety Disclaimer

The Strap n Go™ Hammock is designed to provide additional seating support for children when used correctly. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Adult Supervision Required: A parent or responsible caregiver must supervise children at all times while using the Strap n Go™ Hammock.

Proper Installation is Essential: The hammock must be securely attached to a compatible pram/stroller following all provided instructions before placing a child inside.

Weight Limit: Do not exceed the recommended weight limit specified in the product instructions.

No Liability for Misuse: Strap n Go™ accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, failure to supervise, or use outside of recommended guidelines.

Regular Inspection: Inspect straps, buckles, and stitching before every use. Discontinue use if there are signs of wear or damage.

By using this product, you assume full responsibility for its proper use and the safety of the child using it.
